Claire Achem Evi brings strategic expertise in health economics, policy design, and program management to her role at AGC as Program Specialist.

A PMP-certified professional, she has deep experience designing and implementing impact-oriented health and gender equality programs that drive sustainable outcomes for communities, especially young women and vulnerable populations. 

Before joining AGC, Claire led program development that integrated evidence-based strategies in sexual and reproductive health, gender-responsive programming, and community engagement.

At AGC, she leads the development, coordination, and execution of high-impact initiatives, ensuring programs are driven by equity, data, and local ownership. Claire also plays a key role in technical design, stakeholder engagement, and performance monitoring—strengthening AGC’s delivery of transformative interventions across sectors.
