Eugene brings extensive experience in public health systems strengthening, vaccination program leadership, and evidence-based policy formulation. With a strong academic foundation and professional leadership in health program implementation, Eugene has worked extensively on health policy, immunization strategies, and community health mobilization.

Before AGC, he held senior roles leading vaccination initiatives and advising health services delivery teams, focusing on operational excellence, stakeholder coordination, and sustainable health outcomes.

At AGC, he provides strategic policy guidance, supports program design, and champions evidence-driven approaches that enhance health equity and impact across Cameroon and the region.
